About Us

The cornerstone of Boettcher, Martin, Jean and Jackson was set in Ponca City, Oklahoma over thirty-five years ago when Fred Boettcher began his private law practice. Over the years, his efforts have led to thousands of injured or victimized clients receiving the compensation they deserved.

In 1984, Patrick C. Ryan joined Mr. Boettcher in private practice and the firm of Boettcher and Ryan was established. The firm eventually grew into three statewide offices located in Ponca City, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. In 1993, Paul S. Martin, a director of the firm, was named a partner and the firm name was changed to Boettcher, Ryan and Martin. The firm name changed, again, in 2001 when Rick Bisher was named partner and Boettcher, Ryan, Martin and Bisher was created.

Most recently, the firm named Kenneth Jean and Scott Jackson partners and created Boettcher, Martin, Jean and Jackson. Despite the fast growth and expansion of the firm, it’s partners and associates have always stayed committed to treating their clients with individual care and concern.

Today, BMJ&J is Oklahoma’s premier injury law firm. With over seventy years of combined legal experience, we have devoted our practice to specialize in the representation of people injured in accidents or harmed by companies’ negligence. We are proud to have attorneys and staff who take personal pride in representing injured or victimized parties, protecting their legal rights and collecting compensation for their personal losses.
