L. Boettcher |
Fred
Boettcher received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis
University in 1961. He received his law degree from the University
of Oklahoma in 1967. Mr. Boettcher was a member of the Oklahoma
House of Representatives from 1969 to 1974, and Chairman of
the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority from 1978 to 1986. In addition,
he was a member of Governor Nigh's blue ribbon committee to
study workers' compensation laws. He has served on the board
of directors of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. Mr.
Boettcher is a member of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association
and American Trial Lawyers Association and serves as President
of Lawyers For Working Oklahomans. He is a member of the National
Board of Directors of the National Workplace Injury Litigation
Group, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Boettcher has
actively practiced in the fields of Personal Injury and Workers'
Compensation for over 30 years.

Paul
Martin received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State
University in 1978. He subsequently received a M.B.A. from Oklahoma
State University in 1984. Mr. Martin received his law degree
from the University of Oklahoma in 1987. He is a member of the
Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers
Association. |

Kenneth
Jean received his undergraduate degree in political science
from the University of Oklahoma in 1989. He received his Juris
Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. He is a member
of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association,
the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial
Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice before the Northern
and Western Districts of the United States Federal Court in
Oklahoma. His practice is primarily limited to the field of
personal injury |

R. Jackson |
Scott
Jackson attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville,
receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and
Journalism in 1993. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma
College of Law in 1998, accepting nomination into Order of Barristers.
He was admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma in 1998.
Mr. Jackson served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kay
County from 1998 to 1999. He is a member of the American Bar
Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and Oklahoma
Trial Lawyers Association. His practice is primarily limited
to trial litigation and personal injury. |

Wicker |
Brad
Wicker was born in Mangum, Oklahoma on August 14, 1970.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in
1993 from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate degree
in 1996 from the University of Oklahoma. In 1997 Brad was admitted
to the bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District
Court in the Western District of Oklahoma. He is a member of
the Oklahoma Trial Lawyer's Association, Oklahoma Bar Foundation,
American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma
Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, Lawyers For Working
Oklahomans, and Pi Kappa Phi Legal Fraternity. His practice
is primarily limited to the field of personal injury and trial
practice.
